Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor responsible for writing repair orders, capturing information, checking recalls and warranty coverage, building accurate estimates using Tekion DMS, moving vehicles through the software process, invoicing repair orders, coding warranty claims, and communicating with team members. Requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic computer and calculator skills, and the ability to learn company policies and warranty procedures. Compensation includes base pay plus weekly and monthly bonuses; benefits for full-time team members include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and 401K; requires a clean driver’s license and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and be productive, but also willing to be a team player
- Computer knowledge and the ability to type 30 words per minute
- Familiar with using a calculator/adding machine
- Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes
- Required to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures
