Job Summary
Guide customers throughout the service process and deliver a strong customer experience. Manage customer relationships using CRM software while maintaining excellent communication and emotional intelligence. Assist with scheduling and coordinating repairs within a high-volume, award-winning service team. This role offers a 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays and potential earnings up to $120k. Required Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience
