Automotive Service Advisor - Honda Burlington

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information. Actively promote and build rapport with the customer while advising them on vehicle care and maintenance value. Generate and provide a complete, accurate estimate of repair and establish completion times with the technician. Answer incoming service calls and maintain and schedule service appointments. Follow prescribed procedures for customer post-follow-up to drive return visits and increased sales, strictly adhering to manufacturer warranty guidelines and federal, state, and local laws. Conduct business honestly to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index goals. Manage in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, requiring great customer service, phone, and computer skills. Must be at least eighteen years old with a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment screening.
