Job Summary
Greet customers, obtain vehicle data, and determine the nature of desired service or complaints. Write precise repair instructions for technicians and provide estimates for labor and parts. Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories while communicating with dispatch to track job status. Coordinate with manufacturers for warranty approvals, conduct quality control test drives, and satisfy immediate service needs using low key, high integrity methods. Meet or exceed sales quotas set by management. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of dealership Service Advisor experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background screening requirements
