Job Summary
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates. Communicate with technicians and the parts team to guarantee timely service completion. Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status. Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information. This role requires 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to achieve targeted goals. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
