Automotive Service Advisor

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, obtain pertinent vehicle information, and actively build rapport. Advise clients on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications, then generate and provide a complete, accurate repair estimate. Establish and communicate completion times with the customer and technician, while answering incoming service calls and maintaining service appointment schedules. Follow prescribed procedures for post-follow-up to drive return visits and increased sales, strictly adhering to warranty guidelines and federal, state, and local laws regarding data and property safeguarding. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess basic computer skills to support these duties.
