Job Summary
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience, then create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates. Communicate with technicians and the parts team to guarantee timely service completion while providing regular updates to customers on their vehicle status. Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information. This role requires previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, a valid driver's license, and excellent customer service skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- High school diploma or equivalent
