Job Summary
Service Advisor at Goodwin's Motor Group in Brunswick, ME to clearly communicate vehicle maintenance and repair needs and ensure customer requests are met. Responsibilities include greeting customers, collecting vehicle information, reporting symptoms, recommending maintenance based on age/mileage/history, preparing accurate labor/parts estimates, scheduling follow-ups, monitoring progress, reconciling invoices with work performed, and explaining completed work and charges. Requires automotive knowledge, strong time management, a positive attitude, team orientation, CSI focus, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role is a plus but we will train the right person
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control is a plus
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- xTime and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
