Automotive Service Advisor

Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by managing additional assignments that leave a positive impression, while providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person. Ensure daily technician time inventory is consistently sold to service customers and distribute work between technicians efficiently. This role requires an organized, friendly personality with demonstrated ability to manage others, fantastic communication skills, and a clean driving record.
