Job Summary
Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers and distribute work between technicians efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs, and assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as necessary. Full-time role with some Saturdays, commission-based pay ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, plus PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Required Qualifications
