Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information. Actively promote and build rapport with the customer while advising them on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. Generate and provide a complete, accurate estimate of repair, then establish and communicate the completion time with the customer and technician. Answer incoming service calls, maintain and schedule service appointments, and follow prescribed procedures for post-follow-up to drive return visits and increased sales. Strictly adhere to manufacturer warranty guidelines and federal, state, and local laws regarding data and property safeguarding. Manage this fast-paced environment with limited supervision while maintaining CSI scores at or above district, regional, and national goals. Requires a valid driver's license, minimum age of eighteen, and previous automotive Service Advisor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
- Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
