Automotive Service Advisor

Work with customers to ensure all vehicle maintenance needs are met and address repair recommendations. Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates while providing exceptional, timely communication to keep clients updated throughout the process. Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work and utilize cutting-edge Fixed Operations Technology. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with both customers and co-workers. This role offers a pay plan above industry standard, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and accrued vacation time at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood.
