Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor sought for a fast-paced, high-volume Southeast dealership. Own the customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery, serve as the link between customers and technicians, and present recommended services confidently to drive repair orders. Prioritize work to maximize shop efficiency and customer satisfaction, respond promptly to inquiries, and build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business. Ensure a first-class dealership experience for every guest. Requires 2+ years automotive service advisor experience, proven CSI performance, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and computer proficiency (Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus). Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and be willing to pass background and drug screening. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years automotive service advisor experience
- CSI performance and strong customer retention skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Professional appearance and positive, high-energy attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
