Automotive Service Advisor

Conduct automotive services and manage customer interactions in a sales-focused environment. Utilize the VAST system to set up work orders, schedule service, and communicate with the service department. Explain work orders and invoices to customers, perform retail cashier duties, and handle tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, and performing oil changes. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies while interpreting vehicle inspection results to make service recommendations. Achieve Level I status through training and apply appropriate procedures for tire repairs and maintenance.
