Job Summary
Conduct automotive services and customer interactions in a sales-focused environment. Utilize computers and the VAST system to determine inventory, set up work orders, and schedule service. Explain invoices, process payments, and perform tasks including battery installation, tire repair, and oil changes per LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make service recommendations while maintaining compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Achieve Level I status through training. Full-time role with weekend premium pay and ASE testing coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience
- Prior retail experience
