Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary
Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments while determining vehicle needs through feedback, inspection, and mileage assessment. Create repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, obtaining authorizations and administering manufacturer and extended warranties. Coordinate with technicians and parts associates to prioritize services, monitor repair progress, and communicate updates. Follow up post-service to address questions and ensure satisfaction. This role requires previous Service Advisor experience, warranty claims knowledge, and the ability to explain maintenance recommendations, with an uncapped commission schedule Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer experience
- Manufacturer Warranty Claims knowledge and experience
- Extended Warranty Claims processing experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to clearly explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
