Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries over the phone and in person, understanding customer needs, and ensuring smooth communication during repairs. Complete and review repair orders, estimate costs and time for service, and manage work order status as a liaison between customers and technicians. Schedule service appointments, operate computerized work order systems, and share ideas to improve the customer experience and increase sales. Handle challenging situations professionally while complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre
