Job Summary
Welcome customers, create repair orders for routine maintenance, and document concerns for technicians. Explain maintenance recommendations, prepare estimates, and review service options. Keep clients informed throughout the repair process and monitor order progress to ensure timely completion. Review finished repairs with customers, answer questions, and recommend future maintenance based on factory schedules. Ensure repair orders are accurate before closing and deliver an exceptional experience on every visit. This role includes Saturdays with no Sundays, same weekly schedule, and one non-consecutive weekday off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including Saturdays

Desired Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience
