Schedule and confirm service appointments to ensure an efficient customer experience. Create accurate, transparent repair orders with detailed cost and time estimates. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and parts teams, providing timely updates throughout the repair process. Review inspections and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services while maintaining strong product, warranty, and service knowledge. Accurately document customer interactions and service details in the system. This role supports multiple Bob Howard dealerships in Oklahoma City and Edmond. The ideal candidate has previous dealership Service Advisor or Service Writer experience, strong automotive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
