Job Summary
Guide customers through recommended repairs and services tailored to their goals, while developing accurate estimates and calculating payments including deductibles. Maintain and record customer approvals, verify warranty coverage, and manage timely parts ordering with appropriate payment methods. Create welcoming first impressions by greeting clients in person or by phone, gathering vehicle details, and explaining repair results, costs, and available options clearly. Communicate proactively with technicians to ensure timely completion and provide frequent updates on repair timelines and any changes. Achieve high close ratios and monthly gross profit goals while maintaining key performance indicators for customer satisfaction. Utilize TekMetric, store POS, and financing platforms to seamlessly check in and out customers and manage their status.
