Job Summary
Conduct automotive services and sales transactions while providing quality customer service. Utilize computer systems to determine inventory levels, set up work orders, and schedule service appointments. Explain invoices to customers and process payments as a retail cashier. Install batteries, balance wheels, repair tires, and perform oil changes using LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Assist customers with purchases in a customer service and sales focused environment. Achieve Level I status through training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
