Job Summary
Conduct automotive services and sales-focused customer interactions while utilizing the VAST system to set up work orders and schedule service. Explain invoices, process payments as a retail cashier, and perform technical tasks including tire installation, oil changes, and battery replacement. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations and maintain compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Assist customers with purchases in a timely manner while achieving Level I status through training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience
- Prior retail experience
