Job Summary
Conduct automotive services and sales-focused customer interactions while utilizing the VAST system to set up work orders and schedule service. Explain invoices, process retail payments, and perform tasks such as tire installation, oil changes, and vehicle inspections. Interpret vehicle results to make appropriate service recommendations and maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Requires Level I training eligibility, strong communication skills, and English proficiency. Base pay up to $17.75/hr with weekend premiums.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
