Job Summary
Conduct automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. Assist customers with purchases in a sales-focused environment and utilize the VAST system to set up work orders, schedule service, and communicate with the service department. Explain invoices, process payments as a retail cashier, and perform tasks such as battery installation, tire repair, and oil changes using LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Achieve Level I status through training and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
