Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor duties include assisting customers with purchases in a customer-service oriented setting, using computers to determine inventory and set up service work orders, explaining work orders and invoices, performing cashier duties, and assisting with battery installation, tire balancing/replacement, oil changes, and LOF procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
