Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor at Blain's Farm & Fleet. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases in a customer service and sales-focused environment, using computers to determine product inventory and set up work orders, explaining work orders and invoices, performing Retail Cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels and tires, conducting oil changes, adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies, interpreting vehicle inspection results, and making service recommendations to customers. Training to achieve Level I status and opportunities for advancement are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid ASE testing and certifications, and weekend premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
