Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary
The Service Advisor will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. Associates will be trained to achieve Level I status. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases in a customer service and sales-focused environment, using computers to determine product inventory levels and set up work orders in the VAST system, explaining work orders and invoices to customers, performing Retail Cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, performing oil changes using LOF procedures, and ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies. The role also requires interpreting vehicle inspection results and making appropriate service recommendations to customers, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
