Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor at Blain's Farm & Fleet in Verona, WI. Responsibilities include performing automotive services in a timely and efficient manner, training to achieve Level I status, assisting customers with purchases in a customer service and sales-focused environment, using computers to determine inventory levels and set up work orders with the VAST system, explaining work orders and invoices to customers, performing Retail Cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, conducting oil changes using LOF procedures, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies. The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and 18+ years of age, with prior auto repair and retail experience preferred. Salary is base pay up to $20/hour, with weekend premium pay; actual pay may vary based on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
