Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor focused on delivering quality customer service and sales support in a busy auto service environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, using a computer and VAST system to set up work orders, scheduling service work, and communicating work orders and invoices to customers. The role involves performing Retail Cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels, and repairing/installing tires when required, executing oil changes, and adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies. The advisor interprets vehicle inspection results and makes service recommendations, aiming to achieve Level I status through the Advanced Leadership Training Program. The position emphasizes effective communication with customers and coworkers and requires English proficiency and 18+ years of age, with prior auto repair or retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
