Job Summary
Conduct automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. Assist customers with purchases in a sales-focused environment, utilize the VAST system to set up work orders, and explain invoices. Perform retail cashier duties, install batteries, balance wheels, repair tires, and perform oil changes using LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Achieve Level I status through training. Requires strong communication skills, ability to read and speak English, and must be 18 or older. Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred.
