Job Summary
Service Advisor will perform automotive services in a timely and efficient manner while providing quality customer service. They will be trained to achieve Level I status. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases in a customer-service and sales-focused environment, using computers to determine product inventory levels and set up work orders, scheduling service work and communicating with the service department, explaining work orders and invoices to customers, performing Retail Cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, conducting oil changes using LOF procedures, and demonstrating awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies. The role requires interpreting vehicle inspection results and making appropriate service recommendations to customers. Prior auto repair and retail experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
