Automotive Service Advisor

Assist customers with purchases in a customer service and sales environment while utilizing computers and the VAST system to set up work orders, schedule service, and communicate with the service department. Explain work orders and invoices, perform retail cashier duties, and handle tasks such as installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing tires, and performing oil changes using LOF procedures. Interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations and maintain compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Achieve Level I status through training and demonstrate effective communication skills with customers and coworkers.
