Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor at Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Dubuque, IA. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases in a customer service and sales-focused environment, using computers to determine product inventory and set up work orders, explaining work orders and invoices, performing Retail Cashier duties, and assisting with battery installation, tire services, and oil changes. Requires strong communication, ability to work in a team, and familiarity with safety and loss-prevention policies. Prior auto repair or retail experience is preferred. Full-time role with weekend premium pay; eligible for comprehensive benefits after 91 days.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
