Seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to manage vehicle service needs and enhance customer satisfaction in a dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Dealership experience or auto service management background
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell services effectively
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical systems such as transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and engine components
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive repair including transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, brake repair, and air brake systems
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing
- Service technician experience or automotive sales background
