Automotive Service Advisor needed at a busy tire and automotive service location in the Evergreen area near Genesee. Full-time role (Mon-Sat, 5-day work week) focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience, advising customers on tire and automotive service needs, and driving sales with a consultative approach. Responsibilities include building customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, adhering to store policies, assisting in showroom and inventory tasks, and contributing to a high-volume, fast-paced team environment. Key skills include outstanding customer service, consultative sales, strong communication, time management, organization, and a professional demeanor.
