Job Summary
Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work. Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and answer questions. Advise clients on necessary services and costs while offering additional products and promotions. Track vehicle status from bay entry through completion and keep customers informed of changes. Review work orders with clients upon job finish to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance in this fast-paced environment. Requires experience, automotive knowledge, and valid driver's license.
