Job Summary
Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide service recommendations while acting as the key communication link between clients and technicians. Generate and provide complete, accurate repair estimates, communicate completion times, and maintain scheduled service appointments. Conduct test drives as needed to confirm problems, follow warranty guidelines, and send inspection reports via online portals. Monitor repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding estimate changes or time requirements, and obtain proper authorization before additional repairs. Adhere to manufacturer specifications, federal, state, and local laws to safeguard customer information and maintain CSI goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience
- one year of experience
- manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
- great customer service, phone and computer skills
- minimum of eighteen years of age
- valid driver's license
- pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
