Job Summary

Meet and greet service customers promptly while inspecting vehicles and verifying service needs against service history. Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product requirements and providing accurate cost and time estimates. Check on vehicle progress throughout the day, communicate changes in estimates or delivery times, and administer warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines. Confirm appointments by phone the day before arrival and conduct post-repair follow-ups. Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure correct performance and communicate results. Adhere to state and federal laws for automobile repair and consumer protection while demonstrating company values in all interactions. Requires two or more years of service advisor experience, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills in a process-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of previous experience as a service advisor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection
