Automotive Service Advisor

Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer experience by managing additional assignments that leave a positive impression. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to prevent mishandling. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers and distribute work between technicians efficiently. This role requires an organized, friendly personality with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and fantastic communication skills. A clean driving record and willingness to submit to a background check are required.
