Automotive Service Advisor - Audi Burlington

Greet customers timely and friendly, obtain vehicle information, and present needed products or services while adhering to manufacturer maintenance schedules. Advise clients on vehicle care value, generate accurate repair estimates, and establish completion times with technicians. Answer service calls, maintain appointment schedules, and conduct post-follow-up procedures to drive return visits and CSI scores. Strictly follow warranty guidelines and safeguard all customer, company, and manufacturer information per federal, state, and local laws. Manage the fast-paced environment with limited supervision, utilizing strong phone and computer skills. Must be eighteen years or older with a valid driver's license and previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
