Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Lead Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a fast-paced, family-owned automotive dealership group representing Ford, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Responsibilities include greeting customers, writing and managing repair orders from intake to delivery, coordinating with technicians and parts, maintaining CSI, monitoring daily service department workflow, coaching and supporting service advisors and staff, tracking KPIs, implementing efficient service processes, and stepping up to lead when the Service Manager is unavailable. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department and experience with or knowledge of KPI metrics and DMS systems; bilingual skills are a plus. Required Qualifications

- Proven understanding of service department KPIs (ELR, hours per RO, CSI, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills with a people-first mentality
- Experience with DMS systems (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred
- Bilingual a plus, but not required

- Leadership experience in automotive dealership service departments
- Proven ability to coach and develop service advisors and support staff
- Experience tracking and analyzing KPIs (e.g., CSI, hours per RO, ELR)
- Experience with DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred
- Bilingual a plus but not required
