Automotive Service Advisor / ASM - Plaza Motors

Greet customers and consult on vehicle service needs while providing service care and adhering to manufacturer warranty specifications. Schedule and manage service appointments and estimates, then address and resolve customer complaints. Prior experience in automotive service writing is preferred, along with working knowledge of basic car functions and the ability to interpret procedural manuals. This role supports Plaza Motors, a division of MileOne Autogroup, which operates 54 service centers across six states and represents 25 automotive brands.
