Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, obtain vehicle information, and clearly report all described symptoms. Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history, then prepare accurate labor and parts estimates. Establish follow-up times, monitor daily vehicle progress, and update customers frequently. Verify invoice reconciliation with repair orders and explain all completed work and charges. Maintain personal integrity and a desire for a long-term career with this family-owned Nebraska-based organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Above average energy level
- Personal and professional integrity
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license
