Job Summary
Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments; review repairs with customers to ensure understanding; communicate deviations in cost or time for repairs; authorize and document repair/service approvals; allocate work to shop technicians and monitor progress; inform customers of additional costs and arrange for repairs under extended warranty programs; coordinate towing or alternative transportation as needed; monitor vehicle inspections to meet manufacturer timelines; educate customers on recommended service intervals and maintenance needs; collaborate with technicians and service team to ensure a smooth, transparent repair experience and uphold customer satisfaction; role emphasizes strong communication, automotive knowledge, and adherence to TRC standards in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening) if offered the position
- Knowledge of automotive technology a plus (ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus, but not required)
