Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and schedule appointments in a prompt and courteous manner. Review repairs and services with customers to ensure complete understanding, then contact them regarding any deviations from the original estimate of cost or time. Distribute work to shop technicians while monitoring progress and accuracy, supplying information as needed. Arrange repairs and payment for extended warranty programs, coordinate towing or alternate transportation per Total Repair Care standards, and notify customers of needed service per manufacturer intervals and state requirements. Full-time role with $23.65 hourly base plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses and spiffs. Located at 25 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, CT. High School Diploma or equivalent required; ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to complete required Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening) if offered the position
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Three years relevant experience in a fast paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to communicate same information to the support team, customers and Auto Technicians
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Service Advisor Certification
