Job Summary
As Advisor 1, Car Care Customer Service & Sales, you greet customers, answer telephone calls, and schedule appointments; review repairs and services with customers to ensure understanding; communicate deviations from original estimates (cost/time) to the customer; record approvals and any additional costs; distribute work to shop technicians and monitor progress; provide information to technicians; arrange for repairs and payment for vehicles under extended warranty programs; coordinate towing or alternate transportation as needed per TRC standards; monitor vehicle inspection dates and advise customers on service intervals; requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and attention to detail. Base pay is $24.70/hour with uncapped performance bonuses and additional incentives; this is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth within AAA Club Alliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Experience in automotive industry preferred or three years in a fast-paced environment with Sales and Customer Satisfaction record
- ASE Service Advisor Certification a plus but not required
