Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor at AAA Club Alliance in Middletown, OH. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, review and explain repairs and services, communicate costs and timing changes, assign work to shop technicians, coordinate warranty repairs and transport/shuttle needs, and proactively manage upcoming maintenance schedules. Requires clear communication with customers and technicians, knowledge of automotive technology, and the ability to document approvals. ASE certification is a plus. Full-time with competitive compensation ($21.50/hr) and comprehensive benefits; on-site role with potential remote work within the company's footprint.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Experience in automotive industry preferred or 3+ years in fast-paced customer service/sales
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screening)
