Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor at AAA Club Alliance in Harrisonburg, VA. You will greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments; review repairs with customers to ensure complete understanding; communicate cost/time deviations to customers; distribute work to shop technicians and monitor progress; arrange repairs and payments for vehicles under extended warranty; coordinate towing or alternate transportation when needed; monitor inspection dates and advise customers on recommended service intervals. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge and strong communication skills required; ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus but not required; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
