Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor role at AAA Club Alliance requires greeting customers, scheduling appointments, explaining repair options, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shop environment. The position includes base pay of $18.50-$21.50 per hour plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses, benefits (medical/dental/vision), Paid Time Off, holidays, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and other perks.
