Job Summary
Greet customers, answer calls, schedule appointments, review repairs/services with customers, communicate any deviations from estimates, coordinate with shop technicians, arrange for repairs/coverage under extended warranty, manage inspections and reminders, and explain service needs to customers. Requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and ability to coordinate between customers and technicians; base compensation is $24.70/hour with uncapped monthly performance bonuses and incentives. Location is Southington, CT, with work-from-home/remote options within AAA’s footprint.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive industry preferred, or three years relevant experience in a fast paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record
- Knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to communicate same information to the support team, customers and Auto Technicians
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in the USA
